As Black History Month unfolds in the United Kingdom, the second week promises a vibrant tapestry of events, education, and cultural celebrations that continue to honour the rich heritage and contributions of the Black community.
During this Black History Month there has been history in the making. I have had so many business opportunities and I am very grateful to God for every single one of them.
Last week Saturday I was part of the Meet the Maker event run by NatWest where members of the public had the opportunity to “meet” the creators behind the product. Despite some minor hiccups, like not having access to my stock, I was able to enjoy the event with some quick thinking from my fellow entrepreneurs. Thanks to the amazing technology we now have at our fingertips I was able to link my phone to one of the screens in the branch and show my products through this very website. As the saying goes, where there is a will, there is a way!

I have also been given the incredible opportunity to sell my books in the Love Local Hub in Milton Keynes during Black History Month. So if you are in Milton Keynes during the month of October, pop in! You never know, you might just see me there!!
